Astral Media Group was founded by Jonathan Sacks, a media executive and entertainment lawyer with more than 15 years of experience helping media companies, production companies, creative studios, brands, agencies, creators,  and investors navigate their business through strategic counsel, commercial transactions, and business and legal affairs across entertainment and media, technology, sports, and AI.

Astral was built on the belief that the best business decisions happen when legal strategy and commercial strategy work together. Too often, companies are forced to choose between business advisors who don't understand the law and lawyers who don't understand the business. We believe there is a better way.
